TPMs

They will be participated by the coordinator of all partners organizations and play a structural role in the project in terms of face-to-face communication and coordination. They will serve the purpose of overall project coordination, debate on the conclusion of outputs and organization of following activities, and dissemination and target group/stakeholders’ involvement.

Kick-Off Meeting

The partners will meet, present their organizations to the consortium, discuss the approved proposal and budget and the regulations as well as obligations needing to be met. The partners will organize committees and plan on the working grounds for the next period.

Progress Evaluation 1

The partners will meet and evaluate the project’s progress. Subsequently, the next period’s actions will be discussed and planned. LTTA 1 will be arranged in further detail.

Progress Evaluation 2

The partners will meet and evaluate the project’s progress. Subsequently, the next period’s actions will be discussed and planned. LTTA 2 will be arranged in further detail.

Progress Evaluation 3

The partners will meet and evaluate the project’s progress. Subsequently, the next period’s actions will be discussed and planned. The form of the website and Moodle will be discussed. Project end dissemination activities will be planned and the longevity plan is refined. A special session will be allocated for Project Sustainability during the 4th TPM. In addition, during this meeting, the indicators for the achievement of the project objectives, quantitative indicators, and qualitative indicators will be highlighted. Each partner will present their future contribution to project sustainability. The purpose of this transnational meeting is also the interim evaluation of the project results, namely:
– which elements of innovation have been brought in the project,
– if the results obtained until then are the expected ones, if not, what should be done by the 4 partners to reach the desired results,
– tasks performed by partners: what has been done, what has to be done,
– understanding the degree of achievement of the project objectives,
– evaluate the final outcome of the project,
– evaluate the launch of the Multiplier Events.
